Urban Nest Office Space

Our most recent tenant improvement completion was for Urban Nest. This space would turn into their central office location and needed to be able to suit their employees as well as the clients they serve. Located near the heart of Summerlin it allows the relators who service all parts of town too quickly access freeways, main streets, and popular neighborhoods. 

In order to exceed what the owners of Urban Nest had in mind, we began by completely gutting the inside of the office space which is on the second story of the office building, meaning we would need to coordinate with the other tenants below to be sure not to disrupt their work. Once the gutting was completed, we began reframing to better suit the current needs of Urban Nest. 

Key features and spaces in this project include office spaces, a training room, as well as a communal breakroom. A president’s/owner’s office with a private bathroom. You will find high-end finishes throughout the entire project from the waterfall countertops to custom tile behind the cabinetry in the breakroom, custom mirrors and light fixtures as well unique plumbing fixtures.  Upon entering you see a beautiful statement wall framed by glass doors that immediately catch your eye. In the common workspace, you have a fun pop of color on a statement wall.
