Kalb Industries successfully completed a comprehensive office tenant improvement project for Urban Nest Realty. They needed a central location to better suit their employees and clients. Located near the heart of Summerlin, it allows their employees who service all parts of town to quickly access freeways, main streets, and popular neighborhoods.

To surpass the owners’ vision for Urban Nest, Kalb Industries initiated the project by thoroughly gutting the second-story office space within the office building. This required close coordination with the tenants below to ensure minimal disruption to their work. After the gutting phase, we proceeded with reframing to align the space more effectively with Urban Nest’s current needs.

This project encompasses various key features and spaces, including office areas, a training room, and a communal breakroom. It also includes a president’s/owner’s office with an attached private bathroom. The entire project boasts high-end finishes, ranging from waterfall countertops to custom tile accents behind the cabinetry in the breakroom. Unique mirrors, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures contribute to the upscale aesthetic. Upon entering, your attention is drawn to a captivating statement wall, elegantly framed by glass doors. In the common workspace, a vibrant accent wall adds a playful touch of color.
