Born and Raised – Restaurant Tenant Improvement
Kalb Industries is a construction company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. They successfully completed a comprehensive restaurant tenant improvement project for Born and Raised. The Kalb Industries team assisted Born and Raised with renovating their new location located off Craig in North Las Vegas. In this rapidly expanding part of town, it will serve the local community for sport-filled weekends. It has ample space for hosting large parties, private events, and watch parties.
Restaurant Tenant Improvement For Born and Raised
Kalb Industries transformed an empty building shell into a custom space for Born and Raised. The main area features a full bar with ample seating at the bar itself and at nearby tables. A roll-up door provides the option for an open-air experience on pleasant days. A viewing area offers booths and tables, all with unobstructed views of the TV wall. For larger gatherings, a “War Room” enclosed by substantial metal barn doors is available. The space is adorned with unique artwork and vibrant pops of color throughout.
Kalb Industries completed this office tenant improvement project with significant appreciation for the trusted subcontractors involved. Pinnacle installed the natural stone top with gaming inserts for the bar. Stained concrete floors, completed by Ryerson Concrete, are found throughout the space. Thomas Floors handled the installation of bathroom and back bar tiles. Excel Plumbing served as our Mechanical and Plumbing subcontractor, while Foxtrot Electric handled the electrical work. Engine8 was our engineer, and Yomaz Design and Development LLC served as our architect for this 4,895-square-foot project, which we completed in fourteen weeks.
