Pikey Coffee – Coffee Shop Tenant Improvement

Kalb Industries successfully completed a comprehensive coffee shop tenant improvement project for Pikey Coffee in Las Vegas, Nevada. Paying homage to the owners home in United Kingdom, the Traveller community. They wanted to bring their love of motorcycles and delicious coffee to Las Vegas which was his first United States home.

Kalb Industries finished this restaurant tenant improvement within four months. This renovation was rooted in making sure it aligned with the owners’ vision. It encompassed elements such as concrete flooring, strategically placed bursts of color, and the use of corrugated metal in the seating area to create a rustic look that complements the exposed metal. Suspended from the ceiling, you’ll notice a motorcycle, symbolically connecting with the Traveller community. The space is further enhanced by high-end kitchen finishes. For those in a rush, a convenient drive-through is available, offering delectable coffee and snacks.
