The District- Ground-Up Build

Kalb Industries is a construction company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. They successfully completed a ground-up construction project for The District at Green Valley Ranch.

Ground-Up Construction

Ground-up builds are something Kalb Industries is known for; we have erected some of the most well-known commercial centers in the Valley. We were selected for the job when a new business center was needed just off 215 and Green Valley Pwky in The District Plaza.

This 17,617 sqft. building will be used for commercial retail, business, and potentially medical offices. Was constructed as a shell where each unit can be completed to the exact needs of the future tenant. From underground, to grading, framing, and finally finishes, this project took our team one year to complete.  The exterior finishes include a smooth stucco finish painted and brick on the exterior of the building with steel awnings at the storefront and glass entry doors.

Our subcontractors on this project include NDX for grading and asphalt, Independent Glass for storefronts, Extreme Concrete for concrete, GTO Masonry, and ABS Framing. Our plumbing subcontractor was Excel Plumbing, and our electrical elements were completed by Foxtrot Electric.
