Las Vegas Surgical Associates- Tenant Improvement

Kalb Industries recently completed a tenant improvement in Henderson, NV for Las Vegas Surgical Associates. The project was completed in fourteen weeks which included a demo and internal build-back to meet the needs of the surgery center.

After the demo was completed, the Kalb team and our subcontractors completed, framing drywall, texture, and paint throughout the entire space including the nurse’s station and the reception area. New piping was also run to all the sinks in the facility, as well as new wiring for the outlets and lighting fixtures.

For finishes at Las Vegas Surgical Associates, VCT flooring was installed throughout the space along with granite countertops, new countertops in the break room as well and upper and lower cabinets on the back wall of the nurse’s station. Notably, the millwork behind the nurse’s station and in the surgical rooms is a nice eye-catching feature. Keeping the space calm, and clean was important especially in a surgical setting, we did however add pops of blue throughout the office.
