They renovated a two-story office building to accommodate the company’s growing requirements. This included expanding office space, rejuvenating common areas, and renovating the entire second floor.

Kalb Industries actively implemented a range of enhancements to this office space. On the first floor, they strategically added nine new offices, renovated the office break room, and modernized the conference room. This optimized functionality for their client’s expanding needs.
In this office tenant improvement, Kalb Industries strategically enhanced their client’s workspace. They incorporated three new offices within the warehouse area and expanded office space on the second floor. They redesigned the staircase leading to the second floor. Kalb also installed a demising wall so their clients could have more privacy and functionality.
Additionally, Kalb Industries updated two accent walls in the hallway. This office tenant improvement was successfully completed by the following subcontractors. Innovative Flooring installed new flooring throughout the office. All In Heating and Air handled the mechanical work, Excel Plumbing served as the plumbing subcontractor, as well as SRS Electric who completed the electrical work for this project. Electric Project Services‘ office renovation and expansion was completed in ten weeks and covered a 5,500 sqft area, demonstrating Kalb Industries’ dedication to excellence and setting a new standard for contemporary office spaces in Las Vegas, Nevada.
