Cragin & Pike – Office Tenant Improvement

Kalb Industries completed an office tenant improvement for Cragin & Pike.

Kalb Industries successfully completed a comprehensive office tenant improvement project for Cragin & Pike in Las Vegas, Nevada. The new Cragin & Pike office building is located in Summerlin. The completion of this project brought together two preexisting offices into one central location.

Cragin & Pike Office Tenant Improvement

Kalb Industries conducted a demolition of the existing office space and removed the preexisting Halon System from the IT room. New walls were installed first so the space could begin to take shape. Fresh paint, new flooring, and updated ceiling lights went in next. The office space underwent a transformation, creating a bright and airy open-concept ambiance.

Executive offices and conference rooms feature storefront glass and glass doors with a tinted frost for privacy. In the multipurpose room, there’s a glass barn door slider that can open the entire length of the room. This serves as a versatile space for Cragin & Pike’s trainings and meetings.

Cragin & Pike Office Finishing Touches

Cragin & Pike incorporated high-end touches throughout to provide an elevated experience for their employees. This included a 3-piece stone slab island with power in the break room. There are convenient lounge areas with comfortable seating and artwork so employees can have switch environments. The use of stone extends from the employee areas to the front. The reception desk features a stone top and wood accents so it would feel welcoming to guests and employees.

Kalb Industries completed this office tenant improvement project, but needed assistance from trusted subcontractors. Fast Glass for the interior glass work. SRS Electric for their work on the continuous light fixture in the conference room. Wood works for all the wood frames, doors, and hardware, as well as Cutting Edge Cabinets. Our main Mechanical subcontractor was Mariano. Plumbing was performed by Excel Plumbing and Electric was Josh Penso.  Cubicles were installed by Machabee Interiors.
