Bruin Capital Partners is now officially open in Summerlin, located near the baseball stadium and downtown Summerlin shopping centers, this location brings new business into a very busy and growing part of town. This project is 3,250 sqft and the full tenant improvement was completed in four and a half months.

            When you arrive at Bruin Capital Partners you enter through a beautiful glass door system that allows you to see directly into the conference room that’s backdrop is Red Rock mountains. A custom wood slat system grabs your eye in the conference room running up the wall and across the ceiling. Calacatta Porcelain makes an elegant and upscale statement on the entry wall. Each office space is closed off with glass walls allowing for those in the office to have a full view of coworkers and clients throughout the office. The office space is completed with a tucked-away kitchenette and plenty of file storage space. The walls are painted a soft tone which plays well with the upscale finishes throughout.

We want to thank our subcontractors for this tenant improvement project. Foxtrot Electric for all the lighting, Cutting Edge for the custom wood slat system in the conference room, and all the casework. Excel plumbing for the plumbing in the restroom and kitchen area, Fast Glass for the glass throughout the office. Innovative Flooring for the flooring and the Calacatta Porcelain walls on the entryway and bathroom. And lastly, Proline Interiors for all the drywall, framing, acoustical ceilings, and paint.
