When you arrive at Bruin Capital Partners, you will pass through a beautiful glass door system that directs your view to the conference room, featuring a stunning backdrop of the Red Rock mountains. You’ll notice a custom wood slat system in the conference room that runs up the wall and across the ceiling, drawing your attention. The entry wall showcases Calacatta Porcelain, making an elegant and upscale statement. Glass walls enclose each office space, promoting openness and transparency within the workspace. Additionally, the office space includes a discreet kitchenette and ample file storage space. Soft-toned paint on the walls complements the upscale finishes throughout the office.
Kalb Industries completed this office tenant improvement project with significant appreciation for the trusted subcontractors involved. Foxtrot Electric handled all the lighting, Cutting Edge installed the custom wood slat system in the conference room and casework. Excel Plumbing was responsible for the plumbing in the restroom and kitchen area, while Fast Glass provided the glass throughout the office. Innovative Flooring took care of the flooring and the Calacatta Porcelain walls in the entryway and bathroom. Finally, Proline Interiors managed all the drywall, framing, acoustical ceilings, and paint.
