Vic’s Las Vegas – Jazz Club Tenant Improvement

Kalb Industries is a construction company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. They successfully completed a comprehensive jazz club tenant improvement project for Vic’s Las Vegas. You may have seen the giant neon cowboy making its way through town or on the local news, but what you may not have known is that its final location was a Kalb Industries job. Vic’s Las Vegas is only one of two Jazz clubs in town. It is located in Symphony Park, near downtown Las Vegas. The outside signage pays homage to the original Vic’s Cowboy which began illuminating Fremont Street in 1951.  

Jazz Club Tenant Improvement Project

Vic’s Las Vegas is a beautiful classic Jazz Club reminiscent of the 1960’s and 1970’s. It includes a full-menu restaurant and sports bar. Kalb Industries implemented high-end luxurious finishes throughout the establishment. This includes stone top bars, vinyl wood flooring, leather booths, and couches with restaurant-style table seating so guests to enjoy the food and atmosphere with friends. Nightlife at Vic’s is electric with a top-of-the-line sound booth and full stage.

This comprehensive project took Kalb Industries one year to complete. Vic’s will serve as a new spot for local and national jazz musicians to come and perform. Las Vegas locals can come to Vic’s to enjoy great music and delicious food.
