Kalb Industries completed a restaurant tenant improvement for Kaia Handroll Sushi Restaurant.

Kalb Industries recently completed Kaia Handroll Sushi Restaurant, in Area 15. This new restaurant is located between Axe Throwing and Todd English’s The Beast. This full restaurant includes a full sushi bar and prep area where hungry guests watch the chefs prepare sushi, a small prep kitchen, and a to-go window for on-the-go service.

Restaurant Tenant Improvement

This 2,184sqft restaurant tenant improvement was completed in fourteen weeks. Kalb Industries took this blank space to a high-end energetic sushi restaurant. Pops of color throughout the space with a dark bar and wood finishes really make this space unique. Guests can experience the vibe of Area 15 while enjoying a delicious dinner or enjoy the to-go window which is incased in a soft light wood.

Subcontractors on this job are Foxtrot Electric who completed all the work on the fixtures throughout the project, DOT Construction on the framing and drywall for restaurant and bar area. Excel Plumbing completed the underground plumbing and fixtures. Air Experts completed the mechanical work on this project, along with IMEG as the engineer.
