Tenant Improvement- The Treatment Skin Boutique
Located in the District Plaza off of Green Valley PKWY and the 215 beltway. The Treatment Skin Boutique, tenant improvement project is one to turn heads. The shell of this building may look familiar to those who have been following along with Kalb projects as we completed the tilt-up building earlier this year.
Pre-Construction
The Kalb Inudstries team partnered with the DSI design team as well as the owners of The Treatment Skin Boutique to create this high-end treatment facility, which would be the first location in S. Nevada.
About The Project
From top to bottom their was a high level of detail paid, from the unique finished concrete floor to the custom Portola limewash paint, as well as the and custom fixtures, including statement light pieces, all aspects of this project and its team shine through. When walking into the space you are greeted by a clean, sleek yet approachable beach vibe that continues throughout the space.
At just over 2000SQFT, the DSI design and Kalb Industries team were able to maximize the use of this space and deliver the wow factor the ownership was looking for.
Our Subcontractors
Thank you to our subcontractors on this tenant improvement project. Our MPE’S, Mechanical Plumbing and Electrical subs were Air Experts, Foxtrot Electric, and Excel Plumbing. Fire protection was performed by 5G Fire Protection. Extreme concrete was our concrete subcontractor, Cutting Edge performed the work on our countertops and millwork, flooring was Ryerson for our finished concrete and lastly the roofing was finished by The Original Roofing Company.
