Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop

The Kalb team recently completed a new Capriotti’s sandwich restaurant location in Henderson. Capriotti’s, similar to Kalb Industries, is also a Nevada-based business, and they are rapidly growing across the Las Vegas valley as well as the United States. The team took on this 1,430 sqft. tenant improvement restaurant space with the idea of matching the finishes and appearance of the space to the delicious taste of the menu offerings and of the bold and easily recognizable Capriotti’s brand.

The space includes a commercial kitchen, with several prep stations and cooking areas. A dining area themed with natural wood and brick as well as splashes of neon and metal offering a warm, clean, and inviting space that consumers will enjoy eating at time and time again. 

From permit to completion, the project took ninety (90) days.  The team worked closely with the owners and subcontractors allowing us to expedite any changes that were requested. We are excited to see this project now complete and serving hungry Henderson locals.
