Kalb Industries tackled the 4,337 sqft. shell and transformed it into an open-concept office. Complete with cubicle workspaces, fully finished executive offices, a conference room, plan room, and break room. The finishes encompass a combination of carpet tiles and exposed concrete that underwent cleaning, grinding, and sealing. Vibrant wall colors infuse a lively and upbeat atmosphere into the office. And the fun doesn’t end there; the Wood Rodgers team wanted their custom pool tables to find a permanent home in the heart of the office.

Kalb Industries completed this office tenant improvement project, but needed the assistance of trusted subcontractors. Subcontractors on this project were Vegas Pro Air Conditioning, Excel Plumbing, and Fowler Electric.
