Wood Rodgers Corporate Office

Growth is something that every company hopes for and Wood Rodgers Engineering Firm has experienced just that over the last several years. The need for a larger home office in Las Vegas was quickly realized and the perfect space was found. Located near the 215 freeway and a busy business park the new location is the perfect spot for growth. 

The Kalb team took on the 4,337 sqft. shell and turned it into an open concept office. Including cubicle workspaces, fully finished executive offices as well as a conference room, plan room, and break room. Finishes include flooring which is a combination of carpet tiles and exposed concrete which has been cleaned, ground, and sealed. A bright pop of color on the walls brings a fun and upbeat vibe to the office. However, the fun doesn’t stop there, the Wood Rodgers team wanted their custom pool tables for employees to have a permanent home in the middle of the office. 

We would like to thank our subcontractors on this project, who helped us complete this tenant improvement.  Vegas Pro Air Conditioning on mechanical, Excel Plumbing, and Fowler Electric.
