Kalb Industries is a construction company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. They successfully completed a comprehensive office tenant improvement project for UGlow Face and Body. Situated on the Southwest side of the valley, UGlow Face and Body proudly opened its inaugural Las Vegas location. This advanced aesthetics center is owned and operated by women. Despite some material delays, the Kalb team successfully finished this tenant improvement project in just fourteen weeks so they could open their doors quickly.

Tenant Improvement For UGlow Face and Body

The space features a front waiting room adorned with captivating finishes, such as soft paint colors and striking statement light fixtures. As patients enter, they will be welcomed by a vibrant mural with bold colors and oversized wall-mounted flowers. Other notable finishes encompass exquisite chandeliers, stone countertops, and painted wood baseboards throughout. The area comprises multiple treatment rooms, an injection room, and two procedure rooms.

Kalb Industries completed this office tenant improvement project, but needed the assistance of trusted subcontractors. Subcontractors on this project were Vegas Pro Air Conditioning for Mechanical, Excel Plumbing for Plumbing and Fowler Electric for Electrical.
