Kalb Industries successfully completed a tenant improvement project for The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. Starting from the initial construction phase, Kalb Industries transformed The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. The space was nothing but dirt floors that transformed into an upscale, casual dining destination in five months. Our client had the freedom to customize the space according to their exact vision. Since it started from the ground up, the client didn’t have the constraints that often come with a tenant improvement of pre-existing spaces. This streamlined approach enabled them to open their doors for business much more swiftly and gave the client more control.

Restaurant Tenant Improvement

This project brings a modern open space feel to a casual eatery. There are elevated customer facing finishes in the dining area and a beautiful full working kitchen. With pops of color and wood finishes through out this dining space invites you in to stay a while. The kitchen offers sleek, yet efficient work spaces that The Great Greek team will use to whip up hot delicious meals for the Henderson community.
