Taco Bell’s Newest Location: A Seamless Blend of Efficiency and Innovation

Whether it’s your fourth meal, breakfast, or just a refreshing drink on a long road trip, Taco Bell is known for its quick and easy grab-and-go meals. The owners of this Taco Bell Franchise as well as Kalb Industries have enhanced this experience with their latest tenant improvement project.

Project Overview

Our project team not only completed the building in which the new location, we were selected to complete the tenant improvement portion of the project, which gave us first hand knowledge of the building and its specs to meet the specific needs of Taco Bell (Diversified Restaurant Group) for this location. Additionally, Kalb handled all underground work for the project. They also worked closely with the franchise owner on power, water, and HVAC elements to ensure the facility met and exceeded expectations.

What sets this location apart is its innovative layout design, advanced ordering features, and modern look and feel.

  • Efficient Cook Area: The cook area features a center island, which allows staff to process orders faster.
  • Self-Service Ordering: This is the second location to offer self-service ordering kiosks; which will allow for late night ordering without having to go inside the restaurant. We feel that this will be very popular around colleges and universities when late night studying requires a snack.
  • Drive-Through and Walk-Up Window: In addition to a standard drive-through, this location has a walk-up delivery window for late-night orders, expected to be popular around colleges and universities.
