Tenant Improvement- State of Nevada Legislature Building

Kalb Industries is thrilled to highlight one of our latest achievements—the State of Nevada Legislature Building tenant improvement, a state-of-the-art, 80,000-square-foot, 3-story office building located in Henderson with easy access to major freeways and airports. This capitol improvement project is designed to house various Legislative Counsel members, government officials, and the State Capitol Legislative Police.

Architectural Wood Features: Custom-crafted wood elements that bring warmth and sophistication to the space, creating an environment that balances tradition with modern efficiency.

Fully Integrated Committee Rooms: These cutting-edge rooms are equipped with the latest technology, ensuring seamless operations for government officials.

Full-Service Kitchen & Café: A fully equipped kitchen and café area designed for convenience, catering to the building’s daily needs.

Ballistic-Rated Blast Box Entryway: The blast box entry is built to ensure high-level protection. Though this feature does not add to the aesthetic of the building it improves the saftey of the building and those working inside. The Blast Box includes security and audio communications that integrate directly with all State of Nevada buildings, including those in Carson City.

Exterior Stone Finish Inside and Out: And lastly, a seamless stone finish that adds both durability and aesthetic appeal, all while maintaining cohesion from the exterior façade to the interior design.
