Recently completed within the Cheyenne warehouse, the Reece Plumbing tenant improvement brought to life a new, larger location for the company. The office and warehouse space span 34,473 square feet of usable space.
About The Project
This three-month tenant improvement required extensive collaboration, not only with subcontractors but also with the vendors for Reece Plumbing. Through constant communication, all teams seamlessly worked together, ensuring they stored materials in the required spaces and met exact specifications for shelving in the warehouse and storage areas..
The finishes on this project stand out from most, featuring a concrete finish floor in the common areas, carpet, sheet vinyl in the bathrooms, and black ceiling tile throughout. These elements consequently combine to create a unique and visually appealing look. Ultimately, this results in another stunning tenant improvement that delights the customer.
Our Subcontractors
We extend our gratitude to the subcontractors on this project. Our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing subs were Air Experts, Vesco Electric, and Excel Plumbing. Focus Fire provided fire protection. Ryerson Concrete completed the concrete finish. The Original Roofing Company, Fast Glass, and 5 Star completed the roofing, windows, and doors.. Our Metals subcontractor handled the steel structures, Cutting Edge Cabinets completed all cabinets and countertops. Innovative Flooring installed flooring throughout, and Proline Interiors completed all framing, finishes, and T-Grid work.
