Ojos Locos Casino and Jefe Bet Sports Book

Ojos Locos Casino and Jefe Bet Sports Book are now open. Located near the 15 freeway on the North side of town, this project was a tenant improvement to an existing neighborhood casino. Kalb Industries worked on this project in conjunction with another General Contractor in Las Vegas.

For our part in the tenant improvement, we began with a complete demo and gut of the existing structure. Starting with a completely demoed space we were able to complete all of the underground work for the casino including 100,000 sqft of CAT 6 wire for the casino machines.  

After completing all the demo work, our team got busy building back the casino. We completed all the new framing, drywall and paint, and flooring throughout the casino including VCT tile and Quarry Tile in the service areas. We also installed all of the TVs in the Sports Book area. Outside the casino, we hung all the signage.

The Kalb team wouldn’t have been able to complete this project in just 2 ½ months without the hard work of our subcontractors. Pete King completed the framing, drywall, and paint. Thomas Floors worked on the flooring throughout. Excel Plumbing for the service bar plumbing. And Foxtrot Electric who worked on all electrical components of our portion of the work.
