Ojos Locos Casino and Jefe Bet Sports Book

Kalb Industries is a construction company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. They successfully completed a comprehensive casino and sports book tenant improvement project for Ojos Locos Casino and Jefe Sports Book. Ojos Locos Casino and Jefe Bet Sports Book is located near the 15 freeway on the North side Las Vegas, Nevada. This project was a tenant improvement to an existing neighborhood casino. Kalb Industries worked on this project in conjunction with another General Contractor in Las Vegas.

Casino Tenant Improvement

Kalb Industries began this project with a complete demolition of the existing structure. After the demoed space, they were able to complete all of the underground work for the casino including 100,000 sqft of CAT 6 wire for the casino machines.

After completing all the demo work, the Kalb team got busy reconstructing the casino. They completed all new framing, drywall, paint, and flooring throughout the casino. Kalb Industries installed VCT Tile and Quarry Tile in the service areas. They installed all of the TV monitors in the Sports Book and hung all signage on the outside the casino.

The Kalb team wouldn’t have been able to complete this project in just 2 ½ months without the hard work of subcontractors. Pete King completed the framing, drywall, and paint. Thomas Floors completed the flooring. Excel Plumbing serviced bar plumbing. Foxtrot Electric completed all electrical components of Kalb’s portion of the project.
