This project sites on a 5.38-acre lot and consists of a 39,000sqft project space including a 3,250sqft completed office. Space for second story and elevator shaft for future expansion. With a 13,890sqft warehouse space and an oversized private back lot for work trucks, loading and staging area or additional parking.

Essential for the extreme temperatures that the valley faces, the warehouse space has both heating and cooling systems. Inside the office space, the lighting is designed to operate on motion for energy efficiency. The building also has tinted windows to keep the heat out and the cool air in in the Summer.

Subcontractors For The Project

Kalb Industries would like to recognize the hard work of our subcontractors on this project. Foxtrot Electric, Excel Plumbing, NDX for sitework, Bull Concrete, Vegas Born for roofing,Hirishi for all Masonry. Cutting Edge for all Millwork, Innovative Flooring and Premier for flooring throughout. DLT completed all interior framing, drywall and paint. Lastly Red Star provided all the gates and fencing for the project.
